Quick answer: In Dubai, agencies' own published guides put a simple brochure site at about AED 3,500–8,000 and a fuller small-business site at AED 8,000–18,000. In Doha, brochure sites run about QAR 3,000–6,000. Either way it's a one-time fee, usually with a deposit upfront, and hosting and changes are billed after. Saudi Arabia has no published price data we'd stand behind. More on that below.
All three currencies are pegged to the US dollar, so a quote in one converts cleanly to the others.
UAE — prices in dirhams
| Site | Typical range (AED) |
|---|---|
| Landing page | 3,000–7,000 |
| Brochure site, up to about 10 pages | 3,500–8,000 |
| Small-business site with a CMS | 8,000–18,000 |
| E-commerce | from 15,000, often far more |
These are the ranges Dubai agencies publish themselves, so treat them as the agencies' own framing. What moves a quote is the number of unique page layouts, template versus custom design, and Arabic.
Qatar — prices in riyals
| Site | Typical range (QAR) |
|---|---|
| Brochure site | 3,000–6,000 |
| Corporate site | 5,000–25,000 |
| E-commerce | 10,000–35,000 |
Doha quotes usually arrive itemised: design, development, hosting, content and maintenance as separate lines. The usual terms are a deposit upfront and the balance on delivery. Ask to see the maintenance line before you sign. That's the line that keeps billing after the build fee is paid.
Saudi Arabia — why there's no table here
We looked for published Saudi rate cards and didn't find any we'd repeat. Most pages quoting Riyadh prices recycle the same unsourced anecdote with the numbers shuffled. Inventing a range to fill the gap would be worse than leaving it empty.
What we can say: Saudi quotes follow the same pattern as the rest of the Gulf. That means a project fee, most of it upfront, and upkeep negotiated separately. Get three itemised quotes and compare what's in each, not just the total.
What a Gulf quote usually leaves out
- Arabic. Translation and a right-to-left layout are often a separate line, or missing entirely.
- Content. The copy and photos, if the quote assumes you'll supply them.
- Hosting and the domain. Billed yearly, and sometimes registered in the agency's name rather than yours.
- Changes. Every new price, photo or page after launch.
The monthly alternative
Every route above is a one-time fee paid before the site has proven anything. A managed subscription flips that around. The site is built first and shown to you live, and then one monthly price covers the build, hosting, domain and updates together. That's what we do, priced in dirhams and riyals on our pricing page.
