Terms of Service

The service

Septillion Agency designs, builds, hosts and maintains a website for your business on a monthly subscription. The subscription covers the design and build, a domain, hosting, ongoing SEO, 4 social posts a month, monthly content updates and support.

Free trial and when payment starts

We design and show you your website before you pay anything. Your site then runs free for 7 days. No card is required to begin. If you do not continue after the trial, you owe nothing.

Price

The standard price is $149 per month. The first 10 customers pay $99 per month and keep that price for as long as their subscription remains active and unbroken, including after the standard price increases. Prices shown in other currencies are for guidance and may be converted at the prevailing rate.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your domain belongs to you and we will transfer it to you on request.

What we need from you

We write the content, but we need accurate information about your business — services, prices, hours, locations. We are not responsible for consequences arising from information you give us that turns out to be incorrect.

Ownership

Your domain, your business content and your brand assets remain yours. The underlying templates, code and systems we use to build and run sites remain ours.

What we do not promise

We work continuously on your site's search performance, but no agency can guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level or number of customers. Anything we publish about past results describes what happened for that client and is not a promise of the same outcome for you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
