Shopify store design & development
A new Shopify store built to sell, or help fixing the one you already run — on a monthly subscription instead of a project quote.
Build it, fix it, or move it.
Custom storefront design
Around your products, not a stock theme reskinned.
Theme customisation
Real development where the editor can't reach.
Catalogue and merchandising
Collections and filtering people can actually shop.
App integration
The apps you need, not the ones you can install.
Store migration
Product data and rankings both survive the move.
Ongoing maintenance
Products and seasonal changes, in the subscription.
New build, or help with the one you have?
Starting from nothing
Designed and built from the first call through launch, live in one to two weeks for most catalogues.
Already running a store
The more common ask — a store that is not converting, a theme that is slow, or checkout drop-off nobody has diagnosed. Send the URL and we will say specifically what is costing you sales before recommending a rebuild.
The risk on Shopify isn't the platform, it's app sprawl
Shopify is purpose-built for selling: reliable checkout and payment infrastructure, a deep app ecosystem, and room to grow from a handful of products to a full catalogue without re-platforming. The real risk is paying for eight apps doing what two would cover, each one slowing the store down. We scope the minimum set that does the job rather than installing everything available.
One monthly price, not a project invoice.
A flat monthly subscription rather than a fixed-scope project fee, with no per-page cap and no separate migration invoice. Nothing is paid until your site is live and you have seen it.
Shopify's own plan is billed by Shopify, and any paid apps are billed by their developers rather than by us.
What people ask about Shopify.
How many apps does my store actually need?
Fewer than most stores end up running. Every app is a recurring cost and a small tax on page speed, and stores routinely pay for eight doing the work of two. We scope the minimum set that does the job rather than the maximum available.
Can you move my store to Shopify without losing rankings?
Yes, provided every old URL is redirected to its new equivalent — product by product, collection by collection. That mapping is the step self-managed migrations skip, and it is the one that decides whether the traffic survives the move.
My store gets visitors but few sales. Where do you start?
With a diagnosis rather than a redesign. A slow theme, confusing navigation, a checkout step quietly losing people and a catalogue nobody can browse all look identical from outside and need completely different fixes.
Do you work on Shopify Plus and larger catalogues?
Larger catalogues and higher volume change the scope and the timeline rather than ruling the work out. That is a conversation on the call, looking at what you actually have, instead of a yes or no here.
Who bills me for the Shopify plan and the apps?
Shopify bills you for the plan and each app developer bills you for their app — we resell neither. Our subscription covers the design and development work and nothing else, so you always know which line on the statement is ours.
Send the URL. We’ll tell you what’s actually wrong.
